Another Adoption Yard Sale, But This Time...

This time...it's not for us.

This Adoption Fundraiser Yard Sale was for these two crazy characters - Chad and Stephanie Bowling. They are adopting two precious children from Ghana to add to their family of four. I'm not sure why they wanted to wear such crazy clothes for these pictures...but anyway...

If you missed the sale today, come by tomorrow for these great bargains. A beautiful crochet hat, or is that a basket you're wearing? A bonnet for studying colonial times, or is that a jewelry travel case? A pair of pants, or is it a single pant? Yes, folks. These are a few items available for sale tomorrow!

Or you might prefer a snake boa, reindeer antlers, a masquerade mask, or a Christmas apron!

For your boys: Again, they can wear the bonnet or the police hat!

Actually, you can purchase the entire police costume for only $.50! If your son tires of the bonnet, let him wear a springtime fedora! (Braden, button your pants, son! Geez! this is going on the blog!)

Or he can dress up as a Star Wars Character.

The dress up clothes sold well today. The models helped sales tremendously. In fact, one family purchased nearly everything shown on the children above. (Okay, I admit. It was me. Remind me never to take Braden to Yard Sales in the future. He's a bargain hunter!)

Seriously, in all the fun, we are anxious for these babies to come home too! Overcomer will have some friends from home! Check out their blog if you'd like to follow their story!

This is what the LORD Almighty said: ‘Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor.
